In-country Procurement Monitoring Agent services for The Department of Education Kenya / World Bank. This includes a review of procurement processes and procedures across a wide range of educational establishments across Kenya to establish current status and recommend improvements.

The European Commission

In-country procurement capacity building services in Kosovo on behalf of The European Commission. This is a two year project which will involve review of procurement regulations, processes and technologies and the creation and delivery of a certified procurement training programme for government personnel.

Conducting a performance assessment on the Public Procurement Bureau in the Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia for US AID World Learning. This in-country assignment required review of existing processes and knowledge levels and the provision of improvement recommendations.

Providing e-tendering and supplier engagement process and procurement e-enablement strategy and support for The United Arab Emirates Army Purchasing Directorate. In this project, the BiP team examined current supplier and buyer engagement and tendering processes and then designed, developed and support a web based e-tendering and supplier information portal.
