Buyer and Supplier Engagement Services (BASE)

BiP Solutions has developed a programme for delivering buyer and supplier engagement services in the public and private procurement arena. The programme known as BASE focuses on capacity building in the buyer and supplier communities.

The aim of this programme is to assist public and private sector buyers in opening up their supply chain further and engaging with suppliers of all sizes and backgrounds, whilst promoting supplier diversity and sustainable procurement to buyers.
